We are currently seeking a Sr. Project Manager. The Senior Project Manager is a leadership role responsible for overseeing multiple high-value, complex HVAC and/or plumbing projects. This role combines all responsibilities of a Project Manager while also leading and mentoring a team of other Project Managers. The Senior Project Manager is accountable for the successful execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with customer expectations. This position also focuses on resource management, scheduling, and financial oversight for projects while guiding the project management team to ensure consistency and high performance across all projects. The core areas of responsibility are listed below, however other duties and responsibilities may be required to meet business needs and objectives.Travel as neededisrequired.
