Lead the overall commercial and contracts function across major projects.
Provide strategic commercial advice to senior management and project teams.
Oversee contracts, claims, variations, extensions of time and commercial negotiations.
Monitor project profitability, commercial risks and contractual exposure.
Lead and develop commercial, contracts and quantity surveying teams.
Manage relationships and negotiations with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
Review major contractual agreements and provide commercial recommendations.
Ensure effective commercial governance, reporting and cost control.
Support dispute resolution and protect the company's contractual position.

Extensive experience in commercial management within major construction/contracting companies.
Proven experience at Commercial Director / Head of Commercial / Senior Commercial Manager level.
Strong background in major building, infrastructure or contracting projects.
Excellent knowledge of contracts, claims, variations and commercial management.
Strong leadership, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
Western candidate preferred.
Candidates with a salary expectation around AED 50,000–60,000 will be considered.
Immediate availability is strongly preferred.
