Job Description
- Handle engaging civil and commercial litigation matters while working closely with experienced attorneys.
- Draft compelling pleadings, motions, discovery requests, responses, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and develop effective litigation strategies.
- Participate in depositions, hearings, trial preparation, and courtroom proceedings.
- Communicate directly with clients and help guide them through complex legal challenges.
- Collaborate with our litigation team to deliver excellent results and exceptional client service.
