The Opportunity
The Commercial Property Manager - Multi-State is responsible for the comprehensive management and operations of over 55 retail properties within IL, MO, KS, and OK. This role focuses primarily on asset preservation, tenant relationship management, and operational excellence to maximize property performance and tenant satisfaction. The position includes selective leasing responsibilities to maintain occupancy and drive revenue growth.
The Commercial Property Manager - Multi-State serves as the primary point of contact for all property-related matters and is directly accountable for maintaining and enhancing property value through proactive management and strategic tenant relationships.
What You'll DoOperations & Maintenance
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with tenants to understand their business and operational needs
- Coordinate and manage all repairs, general maintenance, and capital improvements for each property
- Manage third-party vendor relationships for maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, and other services
- Oversee bid process and vendor selection for all recurring services, repairs, and capital improvements
- Schedule and confirm required annual inspections and tests
