Overview of Task Talent Recruitment Ltd

Task Talent Recruitment Ltd (Registered in the UK under Company No. 15839695) operates as a dynamic nationwide recruitment partner, delivering permanent, temporary, and contract personnel across multiple commercial sectors. To fuel our ongoing direct-employer client acquisition initiatives, we are looking for driven, independent Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Appointment Setters located anywhere in the UK to drive initial client engagements.

The Role & Structure

This position operates on a fully remote, freelance, commission-only contract, providing absolute scheduling freedom and unlimited income potential. It suits seasoned telesales operators, appointment generation specialists, or recruitment professionals who value autonomy, flexible working hours, and independence in designing their own outreach cadence.

Your core mission involves identifying prospective commercial accounts, executing multi-channel prospecting (telephone, email, and professional networking), and booking qualified discovery sessions for our recruitment desk.

For sales partners with established recruitment experience who prefer a complete lifecycle approach, we provide an optional Set-and-Close framework. This pathway empowers you to handle client accounts from initial outreach through to successful placement execution at an elevated commission tier.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Discover, vet, and map high-potential commercial decision-makers across the UK utilizing compliant firmographic data.

• Conduct proactive outreach campaigns via targeted phone calls, email sequences, and professional networking channels.

• Assess commercial viability, qualify prospects, and schedule discovery meetings for our delivery team.

• (Optional Set & Close Track) Oversee the entire sales lifecycle from introduction to finalized candidate placement.

• Maintain organized tracking and pipeline updates within our operational management tools.

Ideal Candidate Background

• Demonstrated history in outbound sales, phone-based appointment setting, telesales, or B2B business development (prior recruitment background is highly advantageous).

• Confident telephone delivery paired with professional, concise written communication.

• Self-motivated, highly disciplined, and capable of operating autonomously as an independent contractor.

• Residing in the UK with awareness of, or willingness to adhere to, UK telemarketing standards (including CTPS and PECR regulations).

What We Provide

• High-performance commission tiers with zero earning ceilings.

• Complete autonomy: organize your own hours, operate remotely across the UK, and utilize your preferred outreach tactics.

• Structured onboarding: orientation covering operational workflows and compliance guidelines prior to engagement.

• Prospecting infrastructure: access to pre-cleared, CTPS-vetted contact records alongside recommended lead generation tools.

• Formal framework: a transparent contractor agreement outlining exact fee splits, settlement terms, and operating parameters from inception.

Earning Potential & Benchmarks (OTE)

This is an independent, commission-based engagement where income scales directly with output. The figures below illustrate a conservative baseline projection:

• Appointment Setter Tier (30% Commission Share)

• Baseline Example: 1 permanent placement closed per month based on National Living Wage (£26,436.80/yr) at our baseline 12% fee rate.

• Realistic Baseline OTE: ~£951 / month

• Set-and-Close Tier (50% Commission Share)

• Baseline Example: Same baseline placement (1 per month at NLW, 12% fee tier) managed end-to-end.

• Realistic Baseline OTE: ~£1,586 / month

Please Note: These figures illustrate our minimum entry-level fee bracket and a single monthly closure—representing a baseline floor rather than a maximum limit. Commissions are entirely uncapped. Securing higher-salaried technical roles, multiple monthly placements, or operating within the Set-and-Close structure substantially scales total returns. Complete terms are outlined during discussions.
