WHO WE ARE.

Founded in 1996, GONG has grown from a pioneering French surf brand into a fast-scaling international player, driven by one mission: sharing our passion for board sports with the world.

Today, with 100+ employees and €30M turnover, GONG is expanding rapidly, blending innovation, lifestyle, and performance across Surf, SUP, Kite, and Wing Foil.

Our DNA is simple: Sharing.

• Sharing our creations.

• Sharing our know-how.

• Sharing our lifestyle.

• And above all, sharing with everyone.

Our model is disruptive.

By cutting out intermediaries, GONG makes premium gear accessible to all: expert advice, flawless service, unbeatable prices.

The result: Everyone can enjoy the water at the highest level.

• Monitor feedback and emerging issues, coordinate responses with the relevant teams, and share insights that help GONG improve.

• Track community growth, engagement and brand perception; report on performance and recommend actions.

• Coordinate contributors and support the growth of the community team.

PROFILE.

• At least five years of experience in community management or digital communications.

• Deep involvement in surf, SUP, wing, kite or foil culture, with strong knowledge of the gear.

• Comfortable using social media, publishing and analytics tools.

• Organized, reliable and able to manage several priorities at once.

• A collaborative, positive approach and the judgment to handle sensitive conversations with care.
