The Program Manager of Compeer Chester County plans and administers a community-based, all-volunteer support service connecting adults in mental health recovery in friendships with caring, trained volunteers while increasing socialization. In addition, this individual delivers services designed to promote stability, recovery, and community integration for adults with mental health challenges. The Program Manager operationalizes MHP’s and Compeer’s Mission and Vision statements following Compeer International’s service model.

This is a hybrid/remote position. Candidates must reside in the Chester County Area. This position is a 7 hour/day, 35/hour work week. The schedule will be Monday - Friday, with flexibility between the hours of 8:00AM - 5:00PM. The salary range for this position will be between $52,000 - 54,500 annually.
