Connect Marketing Intern

Your Mission Should You Choose To Accept It

You'll play a vital role in our Business Marketing team, sitting right at the intersection of product and marketing. Based within our Connect product portfolio, you'll help keep every ongoing initiative moving — tracking projects, coordinating requests, and making sure the right people have the right information at the right time. Our team works across co-working, membership, and M&E products, and no two weeks look the same: one day you're pulling together an agenda for our weekly alignment meeting, the next you're researching emerging trends or spotting a gap before it becomes a problem. Expect real ownership from day one, exposure to how a European hospitality brand actually runs its marketing engine, and plenty of room to shape how we work as you go. This is a genuine opportunity to build skills in marketing strategy, project coordination, stakeholder management, and marketing operations that carry well beyond this role. We are looking for someone to join our team in Amsterdam for 5-6 months starting in February 2027.In Case You Do Not Know Who, We Are (ahem):

Known for being the rule breakers in hospitality, TSH is a fun, creative and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn and play and most importantly – be themselves. As an employer we look, act and think like a hotel, but instead we offer a lot more. Think student accommodation, long and short stay options, gyms, talks, events, rooftop bar and eat & drink escapes as well as community and coworking spaces. Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, and the UK, with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global.

What You'll Do

• Provide research support to develop global strategies across the portfolio

• Track ongoing initiatives across our project tracker, flagging delays, gaps, or missing owners before they slow anyone down.

• Act as the go-between for product owners and marketing, gathering their upcoming needs — campaigns, launches, enablement materials — and translating them into clear asks for the team.

• Sit in on marketing channel updates and pull out the intel that matters: roadmap changes, new messaging, shifting timelines.

• Support the coordination of live projects across co-working, membership, and OpenUp, from launch checklists to content trackers.

• Help prepare clear, concise materials — decks, one-pagers, and status updates — that get straight to the point.

• Contribute your own ideas to team discussions — we want your perspective, not just your admin.

What You'll Have

• You're studying towards a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field and will be enrolled throughout the internship.

• You have some hands-on experience with marketing or project coordination — an internship, a student project, or a part-time role all count.

• You're fluent in English; additional European languages are a bonus, not a requirement.

• You're comfortable working in Excel and PowerPoint, and you pick up new tools quickly.

• You're organised and detail-oriented, but you don't lose sight of the bigger picture.

• You communicate clearly and directly, whether you're writing a status update or chasing someone for one.

• You're curious about how hospitality and co-working brands build community, not just campaigns.

What We Offer

• An amazing work environment with a fantastic vibe and lots of positive energy.

• On the job coaching and guidance.

• Monthly compensation for your internship.

• The opportunity to work and learn at a dynamic, young, international organisation; we’re a real game changer in the hospitality industry.

• A first glimpse into the world of Hospitality with one of the most innovative players in the market.

• Access to the amazing TSH facilities, including our awesome restaurant and gym. And did we mention you also get a discount on Hotel stays and Food and Drinks?

• A wonderful workplace to call home with, dare we say it, fun colleagues.

At The Social Hub, we believe pay should be fair and consistent. That's why we carefully determine your starting salary based on the role, your assessed proficiency, and our salary framework. We make our best and fairest offer upfront, so we don't negotiate salaries. Because fairness shouldn’t depend on who negotiates best.

Who you are, is how we want you to be. To us, hybrid hospitality goes across the board, from how we service our guests to how we represent ourselves. Here, everyone belongs, and we welcome people no matter their nationality, gender, age, sexual orientation, religion or culture. Your authenticity keeps our team diverse. Come as you are.
