Construction Project Manager

Aieres Group is hiring a Project Manager to lead our project management function. You'll own a portfolio of commercial-scale multifamily projects across New England, report directly to our COO, and help shape how we run projects as we grow.

Why This Role

• Your experience matters. Clean submittals, reliable manpower, accurate schedules, no surprises at closeout: you know what great project delivery looks like, and here you'll be trusted to run it your way.

• You'll have real ownership. You'll manage the full financial picture of your projects, including budgets, change orders, billing, and forecasting, and your decisions will have a direct, visible impact on the business.

• There are no layers between you and leadership. You report to the COO, so your ideas get heard and acted on instead of getting lost in a chain of command.

• You'll build something. As the lead on our project management function, you'll shape the processes, tools, and team that come after you, with a clear path to Senior Project Manager as we grow.

• The company is stable. We've been family-owned since the early 1980s, and over 75% of our work comes from repeat clients and referrals, so the pipeline is steady.

• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to job sites across New England

What We Offer

• $145,000–$170,000 base salary, paid weekly

• $10,000 sign-on bonus, plus ongoing bonus opportunities

• Safe Harbor 401(k): we match 100% of your first 3% and 50% of the next 2%, up to a 4% total match
