Full description
- Lead IT infrastructure implementation projects for manufacturing and smart factory environments.
- Manage project proposals, schedules, budgets, and project deliverables.
- Oversee subcontractors performing low-voltage construction, structured cabling, physical security, and data center installation.
- Coordinate with project managers, customer IT teams, construction managers, production teams, and application teams.
- Manage daily construction activities and ensure projects remain on schedule.
- Support installation and implementation of:
- Enterprise Network Infrastructure
- Server Infrastructure
- Production PLC Communications
- Wireless Networks (AP, WLC, WIPS)
- Optical Fiber Cabling
- UTP Cabling
- Communication Rack Installation
- Data Center Construction
- Review and coordinate cable routing, tray pathways, and infrastructure layouts.
- Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports.
- Monitor project quality, risks, schedules, and issue resolution.
- Ensure projects meet customer requirements, company standards, and safety guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience managing IT infrastructure implementation or construction projects.

- Structured Cabling Projects
- Data Center Construction
- Low Voltage Construction
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and cross-functional teams.
- Strong project planning, scheduling, and reporting skills.

- Fluent in both Korean and English.
