Construction Project Manager

Looking for a PM role where you’re trusted to lead—not just manage paperwork?

At McGrath, our Project Managers don’t just push documents—they drive projects, build client relationships, and take ownership from start to finish.

We’re a 100% employee-owned construction manager and general contractor specializing in complex industrial, pharmaceutical, healthcare, energy, and commercial projects—and we’re growing.

What you’ll actually be doing:

• Leading multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout

• Owning project financials, schedules, and overall performance

• Working directly with repeat clients (not one-and-done jobs)

• Coordinating with field teams, subcontractors, and internal teams

• Solving real-world construction challenges—not just tracking them

• Driving projects safely, profitably, and with integrity

Why PMs choose McGrath (and stay):

• Employee-owned – your success directly impacts your future

• Repeat client base – less chaos, more trust and long-term relationships

• Complex, meaningful work – pharma, industrial, and technical builds

• Strong leadership + support – you’re not out on an island

• A company built on integrity, accountability, and doing things right

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of construction project management experience

• Ability to lead projects—not just support them

• Strong understanding of plans, specs, and construction processes

• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors

• Confidence in client-facing situations

• Someone who takes pride in their work and owns outcomes

Bonus if you have:

• Industrial, pharmaceutical, or healthcare project experience

• Experience with Procore or similar platforms

• Knowledge of Primavera or advanced scheduling tool

What you get:

• 100% paid family medical, dental, and vision

• 401(k) with company match + Roth option

• Paid time off + holidays

• Company-paid life and disability insurance

• Long-term career growth in an employee-owned company

If you’re a PM who wants to:

• Take real ownership

• Work on complex, meaningful projects

• Be part of a company that actually values your contribution
