Machine Operators: Finish Premium Label and Shrink Sleeve WorkWe are actively filling 2nd shift and weekend shift openings, and give strong preference to candidates available for those schedules.

Cursive makes labels and shrink-sleeve packaging for leading consumer brands — the kind you recognize on the shelf. We’ve reimagined label manufacturing around automation, smart processes, and a lean team of skilled operators.

We’re growing, well-capitalized, and hiring converting machine operators who want to run modern equipment and grow their skills.

The Role

We’re hiring a full-time Converting Machine Operator to run digital finishing and converting equipment that turns printed webs into finished pressure-sensitive labels and shrink sleeves.

You’ll run ABG and Digicon finishing lines, shrink-sleeve seaming equipment, and related converting machinery. If you’ve run converting, finishing, laminating, or die-cutting equipment in any industry, your skills transfer here — and we’ll teach you the label-specific work.
