What You'll Do:

• Drive new corporate business acquisition and revenue growth

• Build and nurture CXO-level relationships with large corporate clients

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans

• Build a strong and sustainable sales pipeline

• Collaborate with internal teams, insurers, and partners to deliver client-focused solutions

What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years of direct Corporate Sales experience in Insurance Broking

• Strong network within the corporate insurance ecosystem

• Proven track record in business development and client acquisition

• Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills

• Strategic thinker with a target-driven approach

• Graduate degree (insurance qualifications will be an added advantage)
