Cost Accounting

• Minimum 2-5 years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Automotive manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting multi-site operations preferred.

Strong understanding of standard costing and inventory accounting

• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) required.
• Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Plex, Epicor, SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and cost drivers.
• Ability to present financial information to operational and executive leadership.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong business partnering and communication skills.
