• You'll also help shape our own analytics products and IP, bringing life sciences context that makes them genuinely fit for the industry.

• Marketing mix modeling is part of that toolkit alongside these other methodologies, and you'll be equally comfortable framing a new problem with a client as you are directing the team that solves it.

What You'll Do:Marketing Analytics:

• Lead campaign performance analytics, content testing and product development analytics engagements for pharma brand teams.

• Own brand & portfolio analytics and competitive insights work, from framing through to client-ready output.

• Direct the application of marketing mix and optimization approaches including MMM as part of a broader measurement toolkit.

Commercial & Sales Analytics:

• Lead partner & channel analytics engagements across pharma commercial teams.

• Own 4P (product, price, place, promotion) insights and broader commercial analytics initiatives.

• Direct field force effectiveness and territory-level commercial analytics work.

Customer & Omnichannel Analytics:

• Lead omnichannel engagement and customer experience analytics across pharma commercial teams.

• Own next-best-action, digital shelf and hyper-personalization use cases from scoping to delivery.

• Guide patient safety / adverse event monitoring analytics where relevant.

Data Management, Visualization & Reporting:

• Partner with data engineering and platform teams to structure and integrate sales, marketing, digital and omnichannel data for analysis-ready use.

• Set the standard for dashboards and reporting assets (Power BI or equivalent) that make commercial analytics outputs genuinely usable for brand and field teams.

• Define reporting requirements and data structures for recurring commercial performance tracking as well as one-off analyses.

• Own data quality, consistency and governance across the sales & marketing data feeding into analytics and reporting outputs.

Consulting & Client Leadership:

• Own client relationships and lead conversations end to end, translating open-ended business questions into scoped analytical approaches across the above spectrum.

• Direct delivery teams including marketing mix modeling, data engineering and visualization bringing pharma commercial context to their work.

• Shape pharma commercial context into proposal development and scoping for prospective clients, including new business conversations.

• Bring life sciences and pharma context to the ongoing development of our own analytics products and IP, helping shape them to be genuinely fit for the industry's commercial use cases.

• Mentor and guide cross-functional team members working across these engagements.

What You Bring:

• 8+ years in pharma/HLS commercial analytics, working directly with sales and marketing data promotional spend, prescription/volume, digital and omnichannel engagement, and CRM/field activity.

• A track record of solving a wide variety of commercial analytics problem statements, spanning areas such as campaign/brand analytics, channel analytics, or customer/omnichannel analytics.

• Hands-on experience with data structuring, dashboarding and reporting (Power BI or equivalent tools), and a strong sense of what makes a dashboard genuinely usable for a commercial or brand audience.

• A consulting mindset with the seniority to own new, loosely-defined problems and structure an analytical approach directly with the client.

• Working exposure to marketing mix modeling or other media/channel measurement approaches.

• Strong client-facing communication skills; comfortable owning senior stakeholder relationships and leading conversations independently.

• Ability to translate fluently between business/brand stakeholders and technical delivery teams in both directions.

• Experience mentoring or leading cross-functional team members within a project or engagement structure.

Nice To Have:

• Exposure to payer analytics or broader healthcare analytics e.g. claims-based insights, formulary or market access analytics beyond core pharma commercial data.

• Exposure to sales force effectiveness or territory alignment analytics.

• Experience with next-best-action, hyper-personalization or digital shelf analytics.

• Familiarity with synthetic control, test-and-learn or other causal measurement approaches.

• Experience with data pipeline or automated data ingestion tools that feed into reporting and dashboarding layers.

• Prior experience contributing to internal analytics products, accelerators or IP.

• Prior consulting or client-services background, with experience scoping and delivering engagements from discovery through to results.

What We Offer:

• A senior, client-facing seat spanning the full spectrum of HLS commercial analytics, with real ownership over engagements.

• A voice in shaping our analytics products and IP for the life sciences industry, alongside client delivery leadership.

• Exposure to a wide portfolio of global pharma and life sciences clients and commercial data ecosystems.

• Close partnership across our marketing mix, data engineering and visualization teams, with real influence over how engagements are scoped and framed.

• A collaborative, flexible working model with a clear path into broader commercial analytics practice leadership.
