About the Role
rthmc is the venture studio within Birg Holdings. We build, validate, and scale businesses across different industries, taking ideas from early concepts to real products and brands. We’re a lean, fast-moving team working across multiple ventures, each with its own audience, identity, and creative challenges.
We’re looking for a Creative Brand Designer who can take an idea, develop a compelling visual direction, and bring it to life independently. This isn’t a role for someone who waits for a detailed brief and executes it. We want strong creative instincts, exceptional visual taste, and the confidence to propose ideas, challenge assumptions, and own the creative process from concept through delivery.
AI is an integral part of how we work. We expect you to use it intelligently to explore, experiment, and produce better creative work, without sacrificing originality or craftsmanship.
What You’ll Own
How your time splits: roughly 50% brand identity and creative direction for new ventures, 30% content production (social, motion, and campaign assets), and 20% websites and landing pages. When these compete, new venture identities come first.
Brand Identity & Creative Direction
- Develop visual identities for new ventures, from initial concepts to complete brand systems.
- Translate business ideas, positioning, and target audiences into distinctive creative directions.
- Design logos, typography systems, colour palettes, visual languages, and brand guidelines.
- Build practical brand kits and reusable templates that keep ventures consistent as they grow.
- Evolve existing identities so each venture has its own recognisable personality.
- Present creative concepts with clear reasoning behind your design choices.
Websites & Landing Pages
- Develop visual identities for new ventures, from initial concepts to complete brand systems.
- Design websites and landing pages for new ventures that carry their brand identity online.
- Build and launch pages in no-code tools such as Framer or Webflow.
- Create launch, campaign, and hiring pages quickly as ventures need them.
- Keep live sites current, consistent, and on-brand as ventures evolve.
Digital & Social Creative
- Develop and execute creative concepts for LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and other relevant channels.
- Design social posts, carousels, campaign visuals, and digital marketing assets.
- Create launch materials, announcements, and promotional content.
- Translate complex products, services, and ideas into clear, compelling visuals.
- Build reusable creative systems that support consistent content production.
