Creative Marketing Manager | Brainer

Hi!

We are Boosta, a holding tech company that creates, develops, and invests in digital businesses with global potential. Today, we collaborate with over 800 specialists from different parts of the world, and millions of users use our products and services.

We are currently looking for a Creative Marketing Manager to join our project Brainer, which is building a comprehensive online platform for measuring, training, and systematically developing human cognitive abilities.

Brainer is a digital space for those who want to think faster, deeper, and more effectively. It brings together:

• brain quizzes;

• brain games;

• puzzles;

• courses and educational modules.

What will be in your focus:

• Generating new ad creative ideas — testing what resonates with the audience.

• Analyzing marketing funnels and competitor creatives (both direct and indirect) across different traffic channels. Based on this, you’ll create clear briefs for the design team.

• Deeply understanding our audience—their pain points, triggers, and needs (working closely with co-founders and analytics).

• Proposing hypotheses, prioritizing them, and running tests with the team. You’ll also be responsible for launching and analyzing A/B tests — understanding what works and what needs improvement.

• Evaluating performance based on CTR, CPA, ROAS, Retention — not just by thinking, “this looks nice.”

• Optimizing creatives using data — if something doesn’t work, we change our approach rather than just designing “pretty pictures.”

• Testing AI tools to enhance creative performance and efficiency.

• Moving fast, analyzing, and improving — we care about results, not process for the sake of process.

You are our perfect match if:

• 1+ years of experience in Creative / Performance Marketing in product companies or startups.

• Proven experience in creating effective ad creatives for social media platforms (Meta, Snapchat, GDN).

• Ability to analyze competitors quickly and adapt successful strategies for our audience.

• Critical thinking and an analytical approach—creatives should drive results, not just look good.

• Data-driven mindset — you should understand and interpret key metrics (CTR, CVR, CPI, etc.) to optimize campaigns.

• English level B1+.

• Independence and initiative.

• Experience working with AI tools for creative analysis and generation (MidJourney, Higgsfield, etc.).

• Video creative experience and knowledge of current formats (UGC, hooks, short-form) for Meta, Snapchat and YouTube.

• Knowledge of performance marketing or growth marketing.

• Ability to work with video creatives and an understanding of trends in Snapchat, Meta, YouTube Ads.

• Basic copywriting skills — the ability to write compelling headlines and ad copy.

The stages you’ll go through:

• Stage 1. Pre-screen.

• Stage 2. Technical Interview.

• Stage 3. Test Task (optional).

• Stage 4. Job Offer.

For comfortable work, we offer:

• Support for your self-realization and career growth: both vertical and horizontal development, opportunities to work across different niches, and compensation for external courses and conferences.

• Flexible working hours (you can start your workday anytime between 8:00 and 11:00 AM Kyiv time).

• An office in Kyiv, coworking spaces in Lviv and Warsaw, or the option to work remotely — the choice is yours.

• 28 working days of paid vacation per year, up to 30 days of sick leave with medical confirmation, plus all public holidays.

• Care for your health: medical insurance, a Mental Health program, and compensation for therapy sessions.

• Ukrainian Victory Support program and other meaningful social initiatives.

• Gifts for special occasions in your life and career.

• Quarterly team buildings (online or offline).

• Equipment compensation during blackouts.

• Maximum support in challenging life situations.

If you’re driven by the challenge of building outstanding products, send us your CV — let’s get to know each other!
