About FieldWrk and our mission:
FieldWrk is a mission-first B2B branding agency built for the essential people and companies who build and maintain our world. Our mission is to help hardworking people and companies reach their full potential, starting with our team.
We are a strategic agency that offers branding, web design and development, field photo and video production, and digital marketing services. We partner with leaders in civil construction, heavy equipment, waste and environmental services, energy, and critical infrastructure to build brands that work as hard as the people behind them.
Your mission as creative project manager, should you choose to accept it: To turn our client partners into raving fans — you'll help us deliver work they value AND an experience they want to talk about.
How you’ll help us in your role specifically:
Own and grow client relationships for retainer accounts by serving as the day-to-day point of contact, understanding client objectives, and delivering consistently, fostering long-term partnerships that contribute to agency growth.
Manage project scopes, hours, and partnership engagements by tracking retainer usage, flagging scope issues early, and scoping smaller projects and add-ons for existing clients.
Keep the PM department running smoothly by owning coordination, project setup, client onboarding, and deliverable QA, giving Sr. Creative Project Managers and the Director more room for strategic account work.
