We are a diverse Creative Services department responsible for delivering award-winning work and experiences in partnership with an exciting portfolio of sports, lifestyle and entertainment clients. We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our UK team.
Organised, calm and collaborative, you’ll be a proactive Project Manager with experience delivering creative campaigns, content, activations and/or live projects. You’ll be comfortable taking ownership of smaller projects independently, while supporting the wider team on larger and more complex pieces of work.
You’ll be a clear communicator and confident problem solver who enjoys bringing people together and keeping projects moving. Working closely with creative, design, production and account teams, you’ll help ensure briefs are well organised, timelines are understood and high-quality work is delivered on time and within agreed scope.
We’re looking for someone sociable, positive and resourceful, who stays calm under pressure and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
⚪ WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Working as part of our Creative Services team, you’ll manage the smooth day-to-day running of smaller creative projects from briefing through to delivery, as well as supporting more senior project managers on larger campaigns and activations.
🟡 Key responsibilities
- Manage projects independently from initial brief through to final delivery, ensuring key milestones and deadlines remain visible to the wider team.
- Create and maintain clear project plans, scopes of work, resource bookings and project documentation.
- Coordinate daily workflows between creative, design, production and account teams.
- Support project scoping, estimating and financial tracking for your projects.
- Identify and flag project risks, issues or dependencies promptly, working with senior team members to help develop practical solutions.
- Organise and facilitate project meetings, creative reviews and internal status updates, capturing actions and following up where required.
