Creative Strategist – Meta Ads / Direct Response

Creative Strategist – Meta Ads / Direct Response

About the Company

We are a fast-growing high-ticket education company doing approximately $10M+ per year and scaling aggressively toward $30M+ annual revenue.

Paid social, particularly Meta/Facebook advertising, is one of our primary growth channels.

We already produce ads using:
Founder-led content
Actors and actresses
UGC-style creatives
Direct-response video ads
Testimonials and customer stories
Short-form and longer-form creatives

We are looking for an exceptional Creative Strategist who can help us dramatically increase creative testing volume, find winning angles and build a repeatable creative system that allows us to scale paid media.

The Role
Your job is simple:
Consistently develop winning ad concepts that allow us to profitably scale Meta spend.
You will report to our Marketing Manager, who oversees the broader marketing strategy. Your role is to develop and justify the creative strategy, then lead its execution through our internal creative team.
You will not just make ads that look good.
You will use data, customer research and direct-response principles to create ads that generate qualified leads and customers.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
Developing a clear creative strategy and being able to explain and defend why particular audiences, angles, hooks, formats and concepts should be prioritised based on customer research, performance data and direct-response principles.
Developing new Meta ad concepts, hooks, angles and scripts every week
Creating founder-led ad concepts using the CEO/founder as the face of the brand
Developing concepts for actors, actresses and UGC creators
Writing detailed creative briefs for editors and production
Studying winning and losing ads and identifying why they performed
Turning winning creatives into multiple new iterations
Creating new hooks, openings, formats and messaging angles
Researching our customers, objections, desires, fears and buying motivations
Reviewing competitor advertising and identifying opportunities
Working directly with media buyers to understand what creative is driving qualified leads and sales
Building a structured creative testing calendar
Ensuring we are launching a high volume of meaningful creative tests every week
Tracking creative performance from ad through to lead quality, booked calls and sales
Building a creative library of winners, learnings, hooks and concepts
Helping prevent creative fatigue as we scale ad spend.

What We Care About
We care about:
Revenue, CAC and qualified customers — not likes, views or pretty ads.
You should understand that a low CPL means very little if the leads do not show up or buy.
Your creative decisions should ultimately improve:
Cost per qualified lead
Cost per booked call
Cost per qualified live sales conversation
Customer acquisition cost
Revenue
Profit

Experience Required
We are looking for an A-player, not someone learning creative strategy for the first time.
Ideally you have:
3+ years in direct-response creative strategy in a company doing $10m/year or more
Significant experience with Meta/Facebook advertising
Experience creating ads for businesses spending at least $400k–$500k+ per month
Experience with high-ticket, education, coaching, info products, lead generation or similar businesses
Strong direct-response copywriting ability, with proven experience writing both short-form and long-form paid social video scripts at volume.
Strong understanding of hooks, angles, offers, awareness levels and customer psychology
Experience managing a high-volume creative testing process
Experience working with founders/personal brands
Experience creating concepts for actors, creators and UGC
Ability to interpret media-buying data and turn it into better creative

You Should Be Able to Show Us
Please be prepared to show:
Ads you personally strategised
Winning hooks and concepts you created
Examples of ads that scaled significantly
Approximate ad spend behind your work
CAC/CPL improvements you helped produce
Your creative testing process
How you analyse an ad after it launches
Examples of how you turned one winning concept into multiple iterations.

What Great Performance Looks Like
Within the first 90 days, we want to see:
A clear creative testing system installed
Consistent weekly creative output
Much higher testing velocity
New winning angles being discovered consistently
Successful ads being systematically iterated
Less dependency on one or two winning creatives
Creative capable of supporting significantly higher Meta spend
Improved acquisition economics as we scale.

Who You Will Work With
You will work closely with:
Founder / CEO
Marketing Manager
Media Buyers
Video Editors
Actors / Actresses / UGC Creators
Sales / Revenue Team

This is a high-accountability role in a company with aggressive growth goals.
We move quickly, test aggressively and care about measurable results.
