Full description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a CRM Project Manager based in the United States.
The CRM Project Manager will lead the successful delivery of CRM platform implementations and managed services for global clients. This role combines client relationship management, project planning, budget oversight, and cross-functional team coordination. You will manage projects of varying complexity, ensuring that deliverables, timelines, resources, and expectations remain aligned. Working closely with technical specialists and client stakeholders, you will guide projects through every stage of the delivery lifecycle, from onboarding and discovery to development and final delivery. You will also contribute to process improvements, project governance, and the continued development of CRM service offerings. This is an opportunity to take ownership of meaningful client engagements while supporting high-performing, internationally distributed teams.
Accountabilities
You will oversee project execution from initial delivery handoff through completion, ensuring consistent communication, effective governance, and high-quality outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:
-
Serve as the primary client contact following the pre-sales handoff, leading engagements, facilitating meetings, and managing stakeholder expectations.
-
Lead multiple small- to medium-sized projects with low to moderate complexity, or manage a higher-complexity project on a fully allocated basis.
-
Develop and maintain project plans, track milestones and allocated hours, and oversee budgets and delivery progress.
-
Communicate project status, risks, issues, and dependencies clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
-
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including architects, developers, consultants, data analysts, and lifecycle strategists, ensuring alignment with project objectives and delivery standards.
-
Identify discrepancies between discovery requirements and signed Statements of Work (SOWs), assess scope and assumption gaps, and propose structured resolutions, including Change Requests when needed.
-
Own execution across the five core delivery phases: Onboard, Discover, Design, Develop, and Deliver, ensuring that milestone exit criteria are met.
-
Manage client escalations effectively, involving senior internal stakeholders when additional support or decisions are required.
-
Provide actionable feedback to project team members and, where applicable, support their professional development through direct leadership.
