Job Overview
CureMD is seeking a visionary Principal DevOps Engineer to lead the architecture and strategy of our DevOps infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the overall direction of our CI/CD processes, automation frameworks, and infrastructure provisioning across a large-scale, mission-critical environment. You will work closely with senior leadership to set DevOps best practices and drive innovation that enhances the performance, reliability, and scalability of CureMD's systems
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of enterprise-scale DevOps solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and system requirements.
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure-as-code practices across all environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, operations, and security, to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
- Lead the automation of infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and monitoring processes using advanced tools (Azure, Terraform, Ansible, Puppet).
- Establish and enforce best practices for system performance, monitoring, and security.
- Act as the primary technical advisor for complex system issues, providing leadership during critical incidents and post-mortem reviews.
- Drive innovation through continuous improvement initiatives and emerging DevOps tools and methodologies.
- Mentor and guide senior DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
