**ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
**Our agency opened in 2023 and has quickly grown into a close-knit team of seven who work together to help customers protect their future. Before becoming an agent, I was a business owner providing financial services to small businesses, which gave me a strong foundation in entrepreneurship and customer-focused solutions.

I’m originally from El Salvador, married with five kids, and very family-oriented. I graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in engineering and have always had a passion for helping people build a strong financial future. That purpose-driven mindset shapes the way I lead our team and serve our customers.

We offer life insurance, PTO, a 401(k), and licensing reimbursement to support our team’s long-term success and work-life balance.

Our culture is collaborative, energetic, and close-knit. We enjoy working together and having fun as a team, but we also set high standards for what we can achieve together. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a team environment, is motivated to succeed, and wants to be part of a group that pushes each other to be their best. If you’re looking for a supportive, high-expectation environment where you can grow and make an impact, this could be a great fit for you.
