Full description
Position: Customer Service Coordinator (Toh Guan Road)
Salary: up to $2500
Working Day: 5.5 Days | Alt Sat
Working Hour: 9am-5.30pm | 9am-1pm
Working Location: Toh Guan Road
Job Responsibilities:
- Phone and email customer service assistance.
- Following the established SOP, prepare import/export and shipping paperwork and invoice orders after shipments have been closed.
- Keep an eye on shipments to make sure they are cleared and delivered on time.
- Verify that all incoming and departing operations meet the Key Performance Indexes.
- Work with the supervisor to plan warehouse operations.
- Work together with other departments to complete orders and on-time delivery.
- Verify that every inventory is accurate.
- Keep thorough records of your inventory levels and report any inconsistencies.
- Take care of general office housekeeping.
- Preserve a secure workplace.
- Complete any additional work-related tasks as directed by a supervisor.
