Make Every Message Matter in Our Neighbors' Journey.

At etrailer, great customer service doesn't always happen through a conversation on the phone. Sometimes, it's a thoughtful email that answers a question, solves a problem, or gives someone the confidence to take their next step.

As a Customer Service Email Specialist, you'll help neighbors navigate product questions, order concerns, and other needs through clear, personalized written communication. You'll use product knowledge, research, and sound judgment to provide helpful answers and complete solutions that make the experience easier for our neighbors.

Every response is an opportunity to earn trust.

You'll take ownership of each interaction, making sure your communication is accurate, easy to understand, and genuinely useful. Through hands-on training, coaching, and collaboration, you'll continue developing the skills needed to help neighbors feel heard, supported, and confident in their decisions.

What You Will Do

-
Respond to neighbor emails with clear, personalized answers to product questions, order inquiries, and other concerns.

-
Research product information, order details, and available solutions to provide accurate guidance and resolve issues efficiently.

-
Ask thoughtful questions when additional information is needed and recommend complete solutions that help neighbors move forward.

-
Assist neighbors through inbound and outbound phone calls when needed, providing the same personalized, neighbor-first service regardless of how we're connecting.

-
Process orders, document interactions, and maintain accurate neighbor information using our systems and resources.

-
Partner with teammates and product experts to resolve complex questions, coordinate next steps, and reduce unnecessary back-and-forth.

-
Take ownership of your work, apply feedback to strengthen your communication, and have some fun while helping our neighbors journey.

What Makes Someone Successful in This Role

-
You enjoy helping people and can make written communication feel personal, welcoming, and professional.

-
You have strong writing, grammar, and reading comprehension skills, with the ability to explain information clearly and accurately.

-
You're naturally curious and comfortable researching questions before responding rather than guessing.

-
You pay close attention to details and understand how accurate information affects the neighbor experience.

-
You're organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple inquiries and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

-
You take ownership of problems, follow through on commitments, and welcome feedback that helps you improve.

-
Experience in customer service, email support, ecommerce, retail, or another communication-focused role is helpful, but strong judgment, attention to detail, and willingness to learn matter just as much.

Who This Role Is For

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people and has a talent for turning complicated questions into clear, useful answers. You'll find satisfaction in researching information, solving problems, and creating thoughtful responses that help neighbors move forward without needing multiple follow-ups.

If you're comfortable using technology, enjoy writing, and take pride in getting the details right, you'll have opportunities to develop your skills while contributing to a team that values hospitality, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Benefits
