ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

I opened my agency in 2018 after spending four years in the Agent Aspirant program preparing for agency ownership. Today, I lead a close-knit team of five, many of whom have worked together for three to five years. That longevity has helped us build a strong culture where people genuinely enjoy coming to work and succeeding together.

Giving back is a big part of our agency. I serve on the advisory council for the Boys & Girls Club, and we partner with the Logan Martin Charity Foundation for its annual boat show. We also support events throughout the Pell City school system and Ann’s New Life Center, an organization that assists low-income expectant mothers.

Our agency offers health benefits, a 401(k), paid time off, licensing reimbursement, production bonuses, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We also reward performance with additional flexibility - team members who stay on track with their goals can earn a four-day workweek during part of the year.

Culture and morale are incredibly important to us. Our office is friendly, competitive, and team-oriented, and we want someone who will genuinely fit into that environment. If you're motivated to perform, enjoy being part of a close-knit team, and want to work somewhere that recognizes strong results, we'd love to meet you.
