**ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
**I opened my agency in 1987 and currently lead a close-knit team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked at Dean Witter and also owned a small business, giving me experience in both financial services and entrepreneurship. I’m a graduate of Drake University, and outside of the office, life stays pretty entertaining on my mini farm. I live on a couple of acres with 17 animals, including goats and alpacas.

One of the things that makes our agency special is the longevity of our team. We’ve built an experienced, stable group that genuinely enjoys working together and has created a friendly, welcoming environment for both customers and team members.

Our agency offers paid time off, major holidays off, a strong commitment to work-life balance, and a hiring bonus once licensing is successfully completed. We value our people and want this to be a place where team members can build long-term, rewarding careers.

Our culture is supportive, experienced, and naturally welcoming. I’m looking for someone who brings a strong mindset and positive attitude, communicates well, and can confidently manage multiple priorities. If you’re dependable, personable, and looking for an established agency with a great team environment and long-tenured coworkers, we’d love to meet you.
