Customer Success Manager & Growth Hustler

At LLPOS, we build modern cloud-based point-of-sale systems for restaurants, cafés, and retailers across Denmark. We work with leading payment providers (Nets, Worldline, Softpay, Swedpay, Verifone, and MobilePay) - operating at the heart of the Nordic payments ecosystem. We're growing fast, and we're looking for a relentless hustler who wants to grow with us.

The best Customer Success Manager isn't the one who answers the most support calls. It's the one who ensures customers rarely need to call - and consistently helps them get more value from our platform.

The Role

You'll own the relationship with a portfolio of merchants, such as restaurant owners, café managers, retailers. This means not just replying to their support tickets, but:

• Understanding their business well enough to spot problems before they become support calls

• Reaching out proactively with relevant features, improvements, or ways to get more from the platform

• Handling support issues when they come up, but treating them as the exception, not the job

• Feeding what you learn from merchants back into the product

Success in this role = customers who rarely need to call, and who wouldn't consider switching providers.

What we're looking for

• Fluent written and spoken Danish (additional languages a plus)

• Comfortable having commercial conversations that feel like advice, not sales

• Able to work independently (this role has real autonomy and not a lot of hand-holding)

• Curious about technology and interested in fintech/payments

• Some experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role

We care more about how you work than your exact background. If you take initiative, follow through, and like fixing things rather than complaining about them, we want to hear from you.

You're not a fit if: you prefer clearly defined daily tasks and a manager who tells you what to do. That's a completely reasonable preference, it's just not how this team operates.

What you get

• Direct exposure to Nordic fintech: daily collaboration with Nets, Worldline, Softpay, Swedpay, Verifone, and MobilePay

• Real ownership: your customers, your calls, measured on outcomes rather than process

• Room to grow: we're early-stage and growing quickly, so responsibility comes fast

• A small, senior team: direct access to the people building the product, including a founding team with 50+ years of combined experience at major companies
