Customer Support – Part-Time

Bruce Studios is on a mission to redefine how people train, recover, and feel good – every day. To help us keep growing and supporting our amazing community, we’re now looking for a committed and reliable team member to join our support team.

This is an hourly-based role focused on weekdays, with shifts available during both daytime and evening hours. We’re looking for someone interested in a long-term collaboration who can combine the role with other work, studies, or personal projects. While the role offers flexibility, we’d love for you to work from our office 2–3 days a week.

What you´ll do

• Provide first-line support for our members in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark

• Advise members on our different membership options

• Handle incoming questions and issues efficiently by offering helpful, solution-oriented responses

• Identify and report bugs or other issues in the app

• Support the team with various administrative tasks

What we want you to bring

First things first – your background matters less than your mindset. If the points below describe you, we’d love to hear from you:

• A quick learner who can handle multiple systems and conversations at once

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership

• Flexible, service-minded, and genuinely enjoys helping others

• A natural problem solver

• Comfortable doing calculations

• Fluent in English and at least one Scandinavian language (Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish) – bonus if you speak two

• Citizen of Sweden

What we offer you

• A flexible and fun work opportunity

• A welcoming company culture and supportive team

• A Bruce Black membership (yes, you get to work out too!)

How to apply

Does this role sound like the right fit for you? Great – we’d love to hear from you!

Apply directly via Teamtailor by uploading your CV (in English or Swedish) and adding a short personal note about why you're excited about this opportunity and how you’d contribute to the team.

We value a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we warmly welcome applicants of all gender identities, ages, backgrounds, and abilities.
