Cyber Security Technical Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Technical Expert to strengthen information security and ensure compliance with Japanese financial industry standards. The role involves leading technical initiatives related to cybersecurity architecture, threat prevention, incident response, and compliance with internal and external security requirements.

This position is critical in safeguarding the digital assets, payment platforms, and customer information within a regulated credit card and financial services environment.

**Job Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain robust cybersecurity frameworks aligned with PCI DSS, Group security policies and global standards.

• Monitor, analyze, and respond to security incidents, threat analysis and vulnerabilities across networks, applications, and endpoints.

• Lead penetration testing, threat modeling, & risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks.

• Develop and enhance SIEM, EDR, and SOC monitoring capabilities to ensure real-time threat detection and response.

• Collaborate with IT infrastructure, application, and compliance teams to ensure security-by-design across all projects.

• Conduct regular audits & ensure compliance with Japanese regulatory requirements and international best practices.

• Research and evaluate emerging cyber threats, technologies, and regulatory trends, recommending proactive measures.

• Conduct security awareness training and technical mentoring for internal teams.

• リアルタイムの脅威検知と対応を確実にするために、SIEM、EDR、およびSOC監視機能を開発・強化する。

• すべてのプロジェクトにおいてセキュリティバイデザインを確実に実施するために、ITインフラストラクチャ、アプリケーション、およびコンプライアンスチームと連携する。

• 定期的な監査を実施し、日本の規制要件および国際的なベストプラクティスへの準拠を確保する。

• 新たなサイバー脅威、テクノロジー、および規制動向を調査・評価し、プロアクティブな対策を推奨する。

• 社内チーム向けにセキュリティ意識向上トレーニングと技術指導を実施する。

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
