Full description
Niuro is hiring a Cybersecurity Engineer for a fast-growing fintech company. This is a senior role with independent ownership of security initiatives: monitoring threats, coordinating incident response and improving technical controls.
You will:
- Monitor and analyze security alerts, investigate and escalate threats.
- Coordinate incident response across teams, with timely containment and mitigation.
- Run vulnerability management and penetration testing, and track remediation to closure.
- Maintain and tune SIEM, EDR, WAF, vulnerability scanning and cloud security tools.
- Implement ISO 27001 technical controls and prepare audit evidence.
- Manage security vendors and partner with Engineering, DevOps, IT, Risk, Compliance and Legal.
You bring:
- 3+ years in cybersecurity, security operations or information security.
- Hands-on monitoring, alert analysis and incident response.
- Vulnerability management and remediation of pentest findings.
- Practical AWS cloud security, plus IAM, endpoint, network and application security.
- Experience with SIEM, EDR and WAF tools, and familiarity with ISO 27001.
- Clear written and spoken English with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
