- Desirable: 10+ years of ERP implementation experience.
- Desirable: 8+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Finance.
- Experience as a Lead Functional Consultant, Finance Architect, ERP Solution Architect, or Programme Design Lead is desirable.
- A professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA) is desirable but not mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Design, govern, and deliver end-to-end finance solutions within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, aligning them with business objectives, industry best practices, and enterprise architecture standards.
- Design solutions across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank Management, Revenue Recognition, Subscription Billing, Intercompany Accounting, and Financial Consolidation.
- Define future-state business processes and operating models, and create solution blueprints, architectural diagrams, and design documentation.
- Ensure designs align with Microsoft best practices and roadmap.
- Engage with Finance leadership and business stakeholders; gather and challenge requirements; and translate business needs into scalable solution designs.
- Lead solution workshops, fit-gap analysis, and design reviews.
- Own functional solution design throughout the project lifecycle and support Agile and traditional implementation methodologies.
- Review configuration and customisation requirements, guide functional consultants and development teams, and manage risks, dependencies, and solution decisions.
- Lead the design of Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Subscription Billing, Revenue Recognition, Direct Debit Management, and financial reconciliation processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Define integration architecture between Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and CRM platforms, payment gateways, banking systems, data warehouses, Power Platform, and third-party finance applications.
- Lead data migration and master data strategies.
- Approve solution designs and technical specifications, lead design authority forums, and ensure solutions meet security, audit, performance, and scalability requirements.
