Job Scope:
- Drive the use of data to support business decision-making (Data-Driven Decision Making)
- Responsible for tasks related to Data Engineering, Data Analytics, and Business Intelligence.
- Act as a liaison between the business and IT in the design of data & analytics solutions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI and SAP BW / BW4HANA.
- Support Data Governance and Data Quality management.
- AI can be applied to data analytics processes to analyze and drive business growth.
- Serve as a data consultant for various departments within the organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements, including studying and analyzing As-Is and To-Be processes.
- Design analytics solutions and reporting frameworks.
- Evaluate business impact, cost-effectiveness, and process improvement strategies.
- Design and develop dashboards using Power BI, while improving reporting and data visualization standards.
- Develop Data Models, Semantic Models, and Data Marts.
- Support the Data Governance Framework, including the creation of Data Dictionaries and Business Glossaries.
- Monitor and enhance Data Quality.
- Prepare Requirement documents, Functional Specifications, and User Guides.
- Utilize AI tools to support data analysis and develop AI use cases for analytics and reporting.
- Comply with the organization's AI Governance Policy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of proven experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Reporting.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI (including DAX, Power Query, and dashboard design) and SQL. Solid understanding of Data Modeling, Semantic Models, Data Marts, Data Warehouses, and Analytics Platforms.
