What you will do:

• Take full ownership of the data center's physical infrastructure, including all mechanical, electrical, and cooling systems.

• Lead and coordinate a team of on-site technicians, managing 24/7 shift operations and ensuring a culture of safety and precision.

• Develop and implement operational procedures, maintenance plans, and incident response protocols (MOPs, SOPs, EOPs).

• Oversee the performance and capacity of all critical systems, using data to make informed decisions and prevent downtime.

• Serve as the lead incident commander during facility emergencies, guiding the team to a swift and effective resolution.

• Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and local utilities.

What you will need:

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in a mission-critical operational environment such as a power plant, industrial facility, marine vessel (engine room), or large-scale manufacturing.

• Deep expertise in either industrial cooling systems (chillers, pumps, piping) OR high-availability electrical distribution (UPS, generators, switchgear).

• A proven track record of leading technical teams and managing 24/7 operations.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.

• Fluency in Greek and English (professional proficiency preferred but not mandatory).

What is there for you

• A unique opportunity to transition your engineering skills into the high-growth AI infrastructure industry.

• The chance to build and lead operations for a new, state-of-the-art facility from day one.

• A stable, long-term leadership position based in Megalopoli.

• A competitive compensation package and the opportunity for significant career growth.
