Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned Data Center Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of greenfield and brownfield data center infrastructure projects at ESDS. This role demands hands-on expertise in MEP project planning, execution, compliance, and vendor coordination across mission-critical environments. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in managing Tier II/III/IV data center projects including HVAC, electrical, and IBMS/ELV systems.
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead planning, budgeting, execution, and commissioning of data center infrastructure projects – including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BMS, and IBMS systems.
•Manage full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery of projects as per timelines, SLAs, and quality standards.
•Prepare and manage project schedules, BOQ, MEP drawings, execution plans, and progress reports.
•Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams and external vendors/contractors for material delivery, installation, inspections, and compliance.
•Supervise Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical work as per client requirements and DC design best practices.
•Ensure adherence to regulatory norms and audits – CEIG, CPCB, ISO, Fire Safety, and EHS.
•Oversee Preventive and Predictive Maintenance planning of key DC infrastructure components.
•Manage site readiness including UPS, DG sets, PAC/CRAC, transformers, BMS, fire suppression, and IBMS systems.
•Prepare and present weekly/monthly MIS, incident RCA reports, PUE metrics, vendor performance tracking, and SLA/KPI analysis.
•Lead emergency response planning, site risk management, and business continuity preparedness.
•Drive energy efficiency projects, ensuring continuous improvement in operational KPIs and sustainability benchmarks.
