<Data Center>Wireline & Optical System Algorithm Sr. Engineer/Technical Manager

• IEEE 802.3 Ethernet Electrical/Optical PHY & transceiver architecture & algorithm design
• Digital signal processing of mixed-signal design
• System simulation/model design for pre-silicon verification
• System & algorithm design/simulation of high-speed I/F SerDes
• Make contribution in standard organizations

• MS or PhD degree in EE or Communication
• Familiar with digital signal processing algorithm and practical implementation skill.
• Familiar with the following programming languages : C/C++, Matlab
• Familiar with communication theory.
• Familiar with commercial wired or wireless communication specifications
• It is nice to have algorithm development experience about one of the following systems:

a. Ethernet 1G-T/2.5G-T/10G-T
b. Ethernet 56G/112G/224G/448G, Optical DSP, EIC
c. DSP for optical fiber communication
d. Digital-assisted mixed-signal design
e. Wireless communication algo/system design
