Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise Big Data, Lakehouse, and Data Warehouse solutions.
- Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for large-scale data integration.
- Deploy and maintain BI solutions using Huawei and FanRuan technologies.
- Lead migration of legacy ETL platforms (SSIS, DataStage) to modern architectures.
- Collaborate with business users, architects, and project teams to deliver solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and support for complex issues.
- Engage clients in requirement gathering, UAT, and solution delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years in Big Data system analysis and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Big Data, Lakehouse architecture, and distributed data platforms.
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools: FineDataLink, Huawei DataArts, SSIS, DataStage.
- Experience with BI tools: FineReport, FineBI, Tableau, Power BI.
- Familiarity with Huawei Big Data ecosystem and FanRuan platforms preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, CSM, or other project management certifications.
- Knowledge of data virtualization and governance tools (Denodo, Datablau, erwin).
- Experience with graph databases (NebulaGraph, Neo4j).
- Background in enterprise data migration or Big Data consulting projects.
