Business analysis and requirements management
- Plan and facilitate requirements workshops, interviews and walkthroughs with business owners and subject-matter experts.
- Translate business questions into structured reporting requirements: purpose, audience, data elements, filters, prompts, frequency, security and distribution.
- Analyse current-state reports from legacy systems and determine whether to retire, replace, consolidate or rebuild them in Workday.
- Challenge and prioritise requests against business value, data availability and delivered Workday functionality.
