Data Engineering Tribe Lead

As a data engineering tribe lead, you will be part of Nemeon's core management team. Your daily tasks will be a mix of (1) data architect work, (2) technical troubleshooting, (3) team management and (4) development of Nemeon's data engineering activities. A list of tasks (non-exhaustive):

• You help the managing partners with pre-sales activities (especially from a technical perspective).

• You are responsible for upskilling new hires.

• You enjoy the mix of managerial and technical tasks.

• You can deal with ambiguity but are keen to bring structure.

As you will be the one in charge of a growing team, the ideal candidate holds a mix of both technical and managerial skills. Important: this is a position that requires to be on-site for up to three days a week.

• You don't mind talking to customers.

• You have experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Databricks is a plus)

• You have experience with infrastructure as code (e.g.: Terraform)
