Job Responsibilities:

Processes inbound complaint system fulfillment
Uses a knowledge database and follows standard operating procedures (SOP) to respond to various requests
Navigates multiple computer systems and applications
Documents each contact in a database
Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
