Onsite Requirement: This position is fully onsite in Mesa, AZ and does not offer remote or hybrid work. Candidates must currently reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Mesa, AZ.

Position Overview:
As a Data Entry Pharmacy Technician at Strive Pharmacy, you will play a pivotal role in delivering life-changing medications to patients. You will serve as the engine of our prescription processing operations, upholding strict quality control, maintaining regulatory compliance, and ensuring data accuracy across all workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prescription Processing: Accurately process new and refill prescription orders, ensuring thorough review before submission while working to fulfill daily key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provider & Patient Collaboration: Communicate effectively with healthcare providers to obtain missing or unclear information, including prescription details and patient or provider demographics.
- Data Verification: Confirm the accuracy and completeness of patient, prescriber, and medication data, proactively identifying and correcting discrepancies to maintain order integrity.
- Workflow Coordination: Partner closely with pharmacists, technicians, and support staff to maintain an efficient, seamless operations workflow.
