We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist with strong expertise in Python, Machine Learning, and hands-on experience in developing predictive models and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, model development, and data visualization, along with exposure to Agentic AI concepts and applications.
The candidate will be responsible for transforming structured and unstructured data into actionable insights, developing intelligent models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable data science solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, preprocess, and validate structured and unstructured datasets for analysis and model development.
- Develop, train, test, and optimize predictive models using Python and Machine Learning algorithms.
- Apply statistical analysis, data mining, and experimentation techniques to identify patterns and generate business insights.
- Work on Machine Learning use cases involving classification, regression, clustering, and predictive analytics.
- Leverage ML frameworks and libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and other relevant Python-based tools.
- Work on Agentic AI concepts and use cases, including intelligent agents and AI-driven automation.
- Build visualizations, dashboards, and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
- Translate complex technical findings into actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Product Managers, and Software Engineering teams to deploy models into production.
- Monitor model performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve model accuracy and workflows.
