Jet HR è una startup che sta costruendo una piattaforma dati per alimentare decisioni di Sales, Growth e Ops. Cerchiamo un esperto analytics engineering capace di trasformare i dati grezzi in modelli predittivi e strumenti di business.
Sarai owner dei modelli dbt, costruirai il semantic layer delle north star metrics e svilupperai agenti AI per analisi dati e automazione GTM. Collaborerai con product, sales e operations per fornire insight concreti e una self-service su Metabase.
Possedere le metriche di Jet HR e trasformarle in modelli predittivi.
Essere owner dei modelli dbt e costruire il semantic layer delle north star metrics.
Costruire MCP e agenti AI per analisi dati e automazione GTM.
Creare analisi che orientano decisioni di Growth e Ops.
Portare self-service su Metabase per tutti i domini.
Sviluppare modelli predittivi end-to-end (lead scoring, attribution, forecasting).
3+ anni di esperienza in analytics engineering, data science o data engineering.
Parli italiano.
Statistica applicata e modellazione causale (A/B test) su problemi di business reali.
Data modelling con star/snowflake o Data Vault.
Python solido per analisi e pipeline.
