H1: Data Solution Architect, Reinsurance, London
Advert body A leading London Market insurer is looking for an experienced Data Solution Architect to join a major reinsurance technology transformation programme. The role is an initial 12-month contract, Outside IR35. It is hybrid, with approx 2-3 days per week onsite in London.
The business is currently in the discovery phase of a significant CenataSure implementation, focused on ceded reinsurance. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the data architecture, integration strategy and overall technical solution, working across technologies including Azure, Databricks and Subscribe.
You'll work closely with senior architecture leadership and a small project delivery team, with the opportunity to influence key technical decisions from an early stage.
What You'll Be Doing
- Designing and developing data architecture solutions to support a major ceded reinsurance implementation
- Supporting the integration of CenataSure with existing data platforms and business systems
- Designing scalable data solutions across Azure and Databricks
- Defining data integration patterns, data flows and solution architecture
- Working with business analysts, project stakeholders and external technology vendors throughout discovery and delivery
- Translating complex reinsurance business requirements into robust technical designs
- Providing architectural guidance around data migration, transformation and integration
- Ensuring solutions align with wider enterprise architecture standards and strategic objectives
What We're Looking For
