Databricks Data Engineer - Autonomous, Milan/Remote

DXC Technology in Milan is seeking a Databricks Expert to autonomously design, implement and maintain data pipelines, serving as a reference for internal stakeholders on Databricks-based solutions.

You will work with multiple data sources, integrate with Azure, AWS, Tableau, and manage storage across Databricks workspaces, diagnosing issues and documenting pipelines to support governance and compliance.

Design and implement data pipelines on Databricks from requirements to delivery.
Collaborate with multiple data sources and integrate with tools (Azure, AWS, Tableau).
Maintain Databricks environments, diagnose issues, and document pipelines.
Engage with internal stakeholders for requirements and validation.

Experience with Databricks-based data analytics solutions.
Experience with one of Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue or Google DataPrep.
Strong data engineering fundamentals and programming (Python, Scala).
