Your role at Chick-fil-A
Team Members take part in a variety of tasks both in the Front of House and the Back of House.
Front of House (FOH):
- Welcome and greet guests
- Take and prepare customer orders in the front counter or drive-thru
- Maintain cleanliness in the counter and dining room
- Follow health and sanitation guidelines
- Ensure every guest leaves with a smile
Back of House (BOH):
- Support the kitchen team
- Assemble food and drink orders quickly and accurately
- Follow food safety and cleanliness standards
- Help ensure every guest leaves with a smile
We’ll teach you everything you need to know. Successful Team Members show up with a positive attitude and honesty, and they deliver 2nd-mile service to every guest.
