- OP development & execution: Translate strategy into an annual Operating/Execution Plan, with quarterly/monthly actions, owners, budgets, milestones and KPIs. Track performance and spending, and adjust priorities as needed.
- Major projects & promotional activities: Lead national or cross-regional initiatives end to end, from concept, budgeting and approvals to vendor management, execution, risk mitigation and evaluation.
- Hands-on content development: Personally develop core messages, content frameworks and first drafts for brand decks, detail aids, HCP materials, FAQs, sales training and digital assets; lead evidence checks, review and iteration.
- Cross-functional delivery & compliance: Partner with Sales, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Finance and Procurement to enable field execution and manage resources. Follow Medical, Legal and Compliance review requirements and evaluate business-relevant outcomes.
