Delivery and Service Technician

Who we are:

Visual Comfort & Co. is the premier resource for decorative and architectural lighting, ceiling fans, system controls and automated shading solutions from the most influential designers in the world. We are proud to offer a market-leading range of premium products across categories, styles and price points, remaining committed to beautiful design and, above all, a world-class customer experience.

The Delivery and Service Technician plays a dual role in both field service operations and professional delivery. This position is equally responsible for the transport, delivery, installation, and ongoing service support of high-value products at customer locations. Operating a company box truck on local and regional routes, this position combines basic technical service work, troubleshooting, physical product delivery, and direct customer interactions.

The role frequently involves delivering into homes or other locations, handling heavy and often expensive items, performing setup or light assembly, and providing a polished “white glove” customer experience. The ideal candidate is hands on, safety minded, reliable, physically capable, customer focused, and committed to maintaining a clean, professional presence while representing the company in customer facing environments.
