Twoday is looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to take a central role in a large, business-critical public-sector IT delivery in Copenhagen.
This is not a traditional project management role. You will lead Twoday's day-to-day delivery organisation while also contributing as a senior technical consultant in one of the delivery's technical roles.
The assignment involves multiple suppliers working together in shared agile teams. You will be responsible for creating the structure, collaboration and technical direction needed for the organisation to deliver as one.
What you will do
- Lead Twoday's consultants across multiple agile teams
- Ensure strong delivery, quality, prioritisation and team performance
- Establish effective ways of working across suppliers
- Coordinate dependencies, risks, staffing and delivery commitments
- Act as the daily customer contact for the delivery
- Support onboarding, transition and knowledge transfer
- Drive governance, reporting and continuous improvement
- Participate in steering and cross-supplier forums
- Contribute hands-on in one of the technical roles within the delivery
