Why This Role Matters

You’ll be the person who keeps our operations running safely, efficiently, and reliably, ensuring customers get the propane they depend on while protecting our team and community. Your work directly impacts service reliability, team performance, and regulatory compliance every single day. If this role is done well, customers don’t have to think about us, they just trust us.

What You’ll Do

You’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our service center, including the yard, fleet, and field activity, while partnering closely with the General Manager to improve performance across safety, customer experience, and efficiency.

You’ll coordinate routing and dispatch, maintain equipment and facilities, lead safety compliance efforts, and support hiring and development of team members.

• All safety certifications, trainings, and compliance requirements are current, tracked, and consistently enforced

• The yard, fleet, and service center are clean, organized, and fully operational with no major maintenance gaps

• Team members understand expectations, receive regular feedback, and know how their work connects to broader goals
